Product Description STOPPER is a non-woven, lightweight, breathable surgical bandage, uniformly coated with fan acrylic, hypoallergenic, microporous and sensitive under pressure adhesive on one side. It is a non-woven of polyester hydro interlaced absorbent record, free of colorant additives, with 0,8 mm of thickness, providing ideal absorption for the bleed produced after the blood collection, application of injections, procedures after scleroterapy or small domestic dressings.
Application It can be safely used island dressing on hypersensitive parts of the body ex: children’s skin, people with allergies, face’s wounds.

Biocompatibility STOPPER has been tested by Instituto Analítico Especializado: · Delayed dermal contact sensitization following ISO 10993-10 · Skin irritation study on the rabbit (single exposure) following ISO 10993-10. STOPPER has been tested by Namsa. · Cytotoxicity study using ISO evolution method in the L-929 mouse fibroblast cell line following ISO 10993-5. No cytitixicity, nor skin irritation nor sensitization was observed during the tests.

Storage and Shelf Life Three years when stored at 23 +/- 2 ºC , 50 +/- 5 % relative humidity, out of direct sunlight, in original packaging. Higher temperatures and relative humidity reduce its shelf life. Indications It is essential that the surface, to which the tape is applied, be cleaned, dry, and free of grease and oil.Single use.After humidity exposition it must be dried by compression.
